Meet a friend of ours
When it comes to Insurance, you need someone that you can trust to tell you the best policies you need, someone that can advise you how the policies work to suit your lifestyles, someone that willing to spend time to understand you and sincerely advise you with the best knowledge about there is, and of course, someone that do not oversell you just to hit their target. That someone is Xin Min.
Remember the first encounter with her at the cross point of the office bazaar, she came to me with a different approach (at that time), passing only her name card to me and ask for mine. At a normal setting, we will usually walk fast past them as we know they are either sales promoters or agents trying to sell you things. But for that instances, it was her unique and smart approach that got me, which then led to a second meet-up for details discussion, at my will, with zero push or obligation. That’s how I came to know her.
Occasionally, she would follow up with me and my wife on our status and see if she can help with anything with regards to the policies. No hard sell, no salesman culture just merely selling insurance, but more of selling the value to us. This is the kind of agent that can help you, that can rely on when it comes to difficult time.
We are glad that we met her and entrust our “life” on her. She is not a Insurance Agent, she is a Friend.

Meet my friend
What I like about her?
I met Xin Min in my second year of poly. As a student, I was anxious about almost anything that meant a financial commitment, thus, insurance was quite far back on my list of priorities at that time. Xin Min was very understanding of my situation and I appreciated that she could relate. She was patient in explaining policies that could meet my needs despite my prevailing limitations. I went on my way after our meet without feeling pressured to buy a policy and this very much put me at ease of working with her from then on.
How have I benefitted?
I have a savings plan that has been running for the past several years, ensuring that I would set aside a small amount regularly each month. I was on the fence for even simple policies like these for a very long time but Xin Min’s gentle encouragement had helped me to make that commitment and I haven’t looked back. Her readiness to explain new policies to me has also helped me understand insurance a lot better. I find insurance complicated for the most part, so having an agent who understands the policies helps a great deal and Xin Min knows her stuff.
TLDR: she is trust worthy, hardworking and reliable and my perception of her has grown as the years gone by. She exudes a sincerity that makes working with her fluid and pretty much fuss-free. You will be in good hands if you choose to work with her.

-Yes i did.
Which part of the process and service do you like most?
-Ms wee is well-organised and efficient. I like her prompt reply to my questions and doubts.
Are there areas to improve on?
-This is difficult to answer as my experience was a pleasant one (her service and the process). Well, if i must, she could improve on the product knowledge but my request to change old policies was uncommon, thus, I don’t fault her lack of knowledge. Overall, still pleasant!
